[List at K4FAU.org] List is now moderated

Hi All,

Most of us on this list are also on the BRARA, PBCARES and other local
lists.
I would like to keep this list limited to K4FAU info.
Because of all the cross posts from other lists (I was able to stop most of
them) I have now switched everybody on the list to moderated except for
those who have a fau.edu email address.
